Allison Hushek is a seasoned in-house legal professional with over 25 years of experience advising public & private companies in the tech, entertainment, sports, gaming + CPG industries. She handles complex business & legal affairs matters around the globe.

 

Allison is skilled in contract negotiations, compliance & regulatory matters, policy drafting, risk management, acquisitions & mergers, intellectual property & litigation oversight, and building legal infrastructures and teams. She was nominated via the Orange County Business Journal as General Counsel of the Year, as well as ALM / Law.com's Trailblazer for sports, gaming & entertainment law.

Teaching the art of her field to lawyers and students across multiple states, most recently at UC Irvine School of Law, is her passion. Allison was a college softball pitcher at UCSD, her favorite sport is beach volleyball, and she holds the high school record for most 3-pointers in a basketball game when the 3-point line was first a thing. She spends her spare time with her husband and son to improve the environment for the next generation by ridding unnecessary plastics and pesticides in schools in their hometown of Laguna Beach, a town known for its artist culture.
